It was 11:55pm and I happened to look at my FitBit and I was at something like 9200 steps for the day. I was happily binging Justified Season 2 which is a little upsetting in of itself because it’s so good I should have been watching it when it aired. Nevertheless, next thing you know I’m powerwalking around my 1200 square foot ranch like an idiot just to try to get 10,000 steps. See that spike in the photo up top? That was my last ditch effort. What does it even matter anyway? Maybe tomorrow I do 10,200 steps and it should all even out. But it doesn’t, even if I walk 20,009 steps tomorrow, FitBit always reminds you that you didn’t make it today.
